Eyes

Last week I managed to get some good pictures of the eyes of my third handgunner. The model itself is still being based, but he will be online too tomorrow. Last week I didn't get done as much as I would've liked to again, but I have to write a paper, so I'm kinda busy there. I'll at least be able to paint another handgunner next week and I hope I can speed things up a bit for the next two or three weeks.



This is how I paint my eyes again, but now with pictures!
Step 1: Paint the area of the eyes black.
Step 2: Paint all of the area except a thin outlining white.
Step 3: Paint a very fine vertical black line in the white part to bring the eyes to life, especially at this last step it's important to be very neat. You don't want him to look like an idiot, he's a sailor after all!
